Black and hoppy, straightforward malt base on this one, pale ale and black wheat to get all that darkness in there! Hitting this with a whole load of west coast hops, Simcoe, Cascade, Chinook. Centennial and Citra and dry hopping with the same plus Citra Spectrum. There’s something going on in the dark!
