Do not fear this catch is worth its bounty, a rich decadent stout, given fullness with the use of lactose then dosed with plenty of cacao nibs and coconut.

Dark Mild
A slight twist on a dark mild with emphasis on added body, for this we’ve added some rye malt in there. To continue the not so traditional way for this brew we have used all tettnang hops. The end result something dark, full bodied with a spiced backbone with the sessional abv.
Description – Malty dark mild ale with 70% Maris Otter, 8% Oats, 7% Rye malt then a touch of Crystal and specialty malts. Hopped gently with some Tettnang.

Little A – A 5.3% American pale ale Brewed with Pilsner and Vienna malt for a clean malt base with light biscuit character. Simcoe and Chinook in the hot side bring bold pine, grapefruit and resinous bitterness, while Cascade T90 and Cryo in the cold side for lift with bright citrus and floral notes. Crisp, punchy and built for another pint.

Lager Wager - Designed to be our house lager, no messing around this is just a delicious straight up lager, bright crisp and easy to drink.
Description – Crisp and refreshing lager, with a base of Pilsen and Venna malt, then gently hopped with Tradition and Blanc. Bready backbone, lager finish.

Carrot cake pastry ale
Carrot cake inspired beer. A rich, malty amber ale base, brewed with roasted carrots, a warming blend of cinnamon, allspice, and natural pecan flavouring, layering cake vibes with whole vanilla pods and lactose for sweet measure. Smooth, spiced, and just a little nutty.

Pastry Stout
Rich and thick stout laden with plenty of coconut (at approximately 10g/l) and chocolate to give a truly dedicant experience. Lactose has been used in the making of this beer to give a more milk chocolate vibe.
